My expertise and experience

I hold a Comptia A+ certification and am a Microsoft Certified Professional. My experience started at Brookhaven National Laboratory where I was a Desktop Technician intern. Following this, I worked for Stony Brook University Dorm Support as an on-site network technician ensuring students network connection issues were resolved. Much of my experience, though, came when I worked as a Lead Technician for 4 years at CompUSA in Garden City, NY where I worked on over 10,000 individual computer repairs and upgrades.

I have expertise in all Windows operating systems as well as multiple Linux distributions and have setup many secured SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) networks.
